Job Description
Prioxtel Virtual Solutions is currently seeking agents for Customer Experience Analysts.
To assess the quality of customer service provided by various companies. We are looking for exceptional independent contractors to work part-time from home.
You will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and work on assignments at your convenience. You will be contacting companies based on general assignments.
You WILL NOT be required to make any purchases, commitments or provide personal information.
You will set your own schedule, so you are able to work anytime that fits YOUR schedule.
Responsibilities
Successfully complete a test call
Call all companies provided via assigned lists
Evaluate the level of customer service provided by answering representative
Document detailed information of overall experience
Complete review submission form prior to the required deadline
Ensure that form is free of errors and misinformation
Pay Rate
Pay Rate : $3.00 per call, up to $30.00 for completing 8 or more calls a week.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months customer service experience, preferably call center related
Moderate level of computer knowledge
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Must be self-directed and self-motivated
Strong listening skills
Accuracy
Efficiency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technical Requirements
Active Phone line (mobile)
Mobile Device capable of downloading applications
CPU (Intel or AMD) 2GHz processor (or equivalent)
Internet Explorer 9.0 or higher

Requirements
Computer / Office Requirements Laptop or Desktop Computer Computer Monitor (15" or higher). Computer Hard Drive with only the following Operating Systems : Windows 10 or Windows 11.
Computer Hard Drive with 1 or more GHz dual-core processor and a memory of 8 GB RAM or more. Computer Keyboard and Mouse Hard-Wired Land Line Telephone (plain old telephone line) w / long distance and international long distance service (preferably through your cable provider) (required for a few clients) Hardwired Broadband Internet Service via DSL, Cable or Fiber Optic with an internet connection : minimum download speed of 10 Mbps or higher and a minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps or higher.
Internet Software : Chrome Noise canceling headset with microphone (Brands : Logitech, Plantronics or Microsoft) Some items are not needed at the time of application
