Position Summary:
The S&R Coordinator is responsible shipping, receiving and provide product material handling support to internal and external customers in an efficient, cost effective, safe and professional manner. This role will focus more on the shipping side of S&R. Flexible 1st Shift Opportunity - Monday - Friday.
Essential Duties Include:

• Responsible for S&R activities, including but not limited to loading, unloading, pulling stock, maintaining proper storage of products, matching purchase orders, check off scheduling tabs, tagging products, and moving to appropriate storage area.
• Monitor production and shipping schedule and correct/revise, as necessary.
• Document S&R information into ERP system, generate freight quotes for CS/Sales and dispatching carrier services when necessary.
• Operate forklift and maintain updated certification.
• Identify and recommend measures to improve production throughput, equipment performance, product quality, waste reduction, resource flow and cell efficiencies.
• Interface, collaborate and communicate with all cross-functional partners: Production, HR, Sales & Marketing and Customer Service to ensure quality and efficient product completion.
Education and Experience:
• Requires one to three years of forklift and/or shipping/receiving experience.
• Solid Mathematical skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in all unites of measures, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals with the ability to read and use a ruler.
• Computer Proficiency: Microsoft office, Excel, Power Point, Word and ability to learn new software as needed.
