Priority Endodontics is Hiring a Dental Assistant Near Fort Wayne, IN
Our new Endodontic Dental Office is seeking a dental assistant to join our team for part time position. We are looking for a dental assistant who wants to grow with us. Experience is welcomed, and the eagerness to always learn and become better is a must. Our office is operated and owned by a sole owner- we are not a corporate office.
Dental assistants should be well-organized with great attention to detail. You should be able to follow instructions and respect dental office regulations. We want you to provide patient care and be able to make office procedures as smooth as possible.
Required skills include; professionalism, attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, efficient Time management, motivation, ability to communicate clearly, working well with others, and displaying integrity and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Document procedure notes and obtain all necessary dental/medical history
- Take X-rays and CBCT scans
- Chairside assist, 4-handed dentistry
- Prepare and sterilize instruments, operatories, and equipment.
- Instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care
- Conduct wellness calls to patients
- Collaborate with front and back office to ensure the dentist's schedule runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Protect patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and procedures.
- Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
- Assist with daily office cleaning responsibilities.

1) High school diploma or equivalent
2) 1 years minimum work experience
3) Indiana Radiology license
4) Open for a work interview
Job Type: Full Time( Monday- Friday)
Pay: $20 - $24.00 per hour
Supplemental pay:- $500 Sign on bonus **
Schedule:
- 8-hour workday
- Varies for the part-time candidate
Experience:
- Dental Assisting: 2 years work expierence.
License/Certification:
- X-Ray Certification - Required
