At PRIORITY CARE REHAB STAFFING , we provide our patients with the best rehabilitation services, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Respiratory Therapy.
We are currently looking for a full-time Registered Respiratory Therapist (RTT) for our facilities in the Bronx.
Responsibilities:
Perform respiratory therapy procedures including airway management, ventilator management, and administration of respiratory medications.
Assess and monitor patients' respiratory status, including vital signs and oxygen levels.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement appropriate respiratory care plans.
Provide education to patients and their families on respiratory therapy techniques and equipment.
Document all patient interactions, procedures, and treatments accurately and timely.
Qualifications:
Valid certification as a Respiratory Therapist.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Strong knowledge of respiratory therapy principles, techniques, and equipment.
Ability to assess patients' respiratory needs and provide appropriate interventions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
