Role
We now have an opening for an Executive Personal Assistant to join our team in our Irvine California office. The position will require strong administrative support and assistance to the CEO to manage and grow the business. This role is suitable for the challenge orientated individual, who demands high standards and wants to prove that he/she has what it takes to make a difference in our business. This is for a self-managed, super organized individual able to be flexible whilst helping to coordinate the CEO & business needs from London to Orlando.
Responsibilities
Maintain CEO calendar/appointments by planning and scheduling meetings, events and travel (domestic & international)
Assumes complete responsibility for day-to-day activities as necessary.
Manage and respond to emails and calls
Ensure all activities consistent with/supportive of company's business plan and company policy.
Ensures responsibilities meet expectations in all areas of the job function.
Maintains proper company documentation at all times.
Results driven by planning, organizing, communicating, delegating and following up.
Prioritizing to ensure deadlines are met
Requirements:
5 years in an Executive Admin role
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Great organizational & planning skills
Able to take initiative and make decisions based on sound judgement
High level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Time conscious
Strong IT skills, Office (Advanced Excel)
Availability for domestic & international travel as and when required
