The Principal Financial Group is seeking a Senior Talent Consultant! The Senior Talent Consultant will be the Program Manager for our Succession talent practice; maintaining Succession dashboards, owning the annual process and use data to provide insight on Succession Plan health for key partners including our Board and Executive Management Group (EMG). In addition, this role will be critical in helping Principal to advance our Succession practice by finding opportunities to develop supporting tools and resources to align practices across the enterprise. You will engage regularly with external sources to develop and maintain expertise and ensure adoption of standard methodologies globally.
Role needs to sit at our corportate headquarters in Des Moines, Iowa.

This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
