Princeton Orthopaedic Associates is seeking full-time Physical Therapy Aides to join our amazing growing team! The ideal candidate will have a strong team focus and play a vital role in supporting our physical therapists and physical therapy assistants. You will enjoy a fun and positive team environment, while maintaining a neat, clean, and safe patient care area.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare treatment areas for patients prior to their visit
- Wash and restock towels and linens for the treatment areas prior to the patients appointments
- Preparing and administering hot/cold packs as directed by PT or PTA
- Maintaining cleanliness of therapy area and equipment
- Assist patients move to or from a therapy area
- Assist patients with the treatment equipment
- Assist PTs or PTAs as directed; work under the direct supervision of a PT or PTA
Qualifications:
- Excellent patient service skills with the ability to provide compassionate care
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team
- Active listening and great communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Professional and friendly
