Princeton Orthopaedic Associates is seeking an qualified Patient Experience Supervisor. The Patient Experience Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day front desk activities, ensuring excellent patient service and delivery of care.

Functions:

• Oversee all front desk operations for clinical, physical therapy and MRI
• Oversee cash management, billing, accounts follow-up and patient registration
• Maintain effective staffing levels and adequate scheduling

Ability to:
