We are seeking a professional, friendly, and energetic Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our team. We are a small private dental practice in the vibrant Woodland Hills community. We pride ourselves on offering exceptional dental care in a warm and welcoming environment. Our dedicated team is committed to making every patient's experience comfortable and pleasant. As a valued member of our front office staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality service our patients have come to expect. (Friday and Saturday will be one to two days a month.)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in/out patients, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Handle incoming calls.
• Verify insurance benefits and coverage.
• Post treatments to insurance.
• Update and maintain daily patient records.
• Generate and send patient statements, following up on any outstanding balances.
• Collect payments and post transactions.
• Follow up on outstanding and rejected insurance claims.
• Manage collections and accounts receivable.

Requirements:

• Experience in a dental front office role
• Knowledge of billing practices and insurance protocols
• Familiarity with dental software, specifically Eaglesoft.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with patients and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: depends on experience, negotiable.

Expected hours: 35 – 4o per week
