We are looking for a Kind, Caring, Experienced and highly skilled Front Office / Treatment Coordinator, with excellent communication skills to educate patients with the ability to present any treatment plan fees with no fear from fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, Invisalign, Implants, wisdom teeth and sedation and full mouth rehab. cases and achieve a high case acceptance with success. 

Responsabilities Include: Answering the phone and scheduling , Insurance Verification and Entry, Check in/out patients , audit chart, collecting patient porion, calling unscheduled traetment list and scheduling to goal.

Knowledge of Dentrix, Yapi, Itero, Weave Software Preferred

Previous Practice Management Training Preferred
