Job Title: Dental Treatment Coordinator

Job Summary: Our dental practice is seeking a highly motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The Dental Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating treatment plans for patients, managing patient accounts, and ensuring patients receive the best possible dental care.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate treatment plans for patients, including scheduling appointments, obtaining
necessary authorizations, and ensuring patients are informed of their treatment options.
* Manage patient accounts, including tracing insurance claims, collecting payments, and
ensuring patient records are up-to-date and accurate.
* Communicate with patients and their families to ensure they are comfortable with their
treatment plans and understand the procedures and copayments involved.
* Work closely with the dental team, including dentists, hygienists, and assistants, to
ensure patients receive the best possible care.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the patient experience.

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 2 years of experience in a dental office or related field
* Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and billing practices
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in computer software, Dentrix and Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
