We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Outbound Call Agents to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up RSVPs for licensed Medicare agents to educate them on the wide range of products available to offer their clients.

Responsibilities :

• Use an auto dialer to make outbound calls to licensed Medicare agents to set up RSVPs for educational sessions on new products.
• Following a script, clearly and effectively communicate the benefits and features of the products available.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and RSVPs.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with Medicare agents.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in training sessions to continually improve product knowledge and sales skills.

Skills and Experience Required :

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outgoing and resilient personality with a drive to be successful in your role!
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desire and ability to make a high volume of calls daily.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
