INFORMATION/REQUIREMENTS:
THIS POSITION IS BEING STAFFED FOR THE 2024-25 SCHOOL YEAR. START DATE IS JULY 1, 2024.
An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report for work on site.
7.5 hours/day
JOB SUMMARY: The Benefits Specialist Time and Leave will oversee and administer leave requests, particularly those arising under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), state and local leave laws, and short-term or long-term disability plans. Work includes assisting employees, computer input, benefit research, implementation of benefit deductions, communicating leave plans with both staff and adminstrators. Work is performed independently.
Job Description
SALARY: Hiring Range: $53,549 - $84,606/year ($28.56 - $45.12/hour)*
*Hiring range is based upon the 2023-24 salary schedule.
DAYS: 250
FULL TIME/PART TIME: Full Time
