THIS POSITION IS BEING STAFFED FOR THE 2024-25 SCHOOL YEAR. ANTICIPATED START DATE IS JULY 1, 2024.

An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report for work on site.

7.5 hours/day

This position will remain open until filled. An initial screening of applicants will take place at 8:00 a.m. on May 6, 2024. Applicants who apply after that date will only be screened and/or interviewed if a successful candidate is not selected from the applicant pool that applied on or after the screening date. An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report for work on site.

JOB SUMMARY:
This position specializes in human resources related to Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Responsibilities include handling employee requests for reasonable workplace accommodations under the ADA, as well as requests based on pregnancy or religious reasons. The role advises employees on the accommodation process, ensures consistent policies and legal compliance, evaluates accommodation requests, maintains confidential disability records, and assists with ADA Case Management software and data analytics. Work is performed in a time-sensitive, collaborative environment.

SALARY:

Hiring Range: $64,240 - $101,500/year ($34.26 - $54.13/hour)* *Salary is based upon the 2023-24 approved salary scale.
