Ideal Candidates :

• Previous experience in a licensed childcare facility is preferred but we are willing to train a qualified candidate
• Highly motivated and dependable
• Passion for children and early childhood education
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs; in connection with the handling and safety of children

Duties will include :

• Work with Lead teacher to implement lesson plans, projects, and complete ongoing assessments of the children.
• Attend all trainings and school functions as required per the director
• Provide the children with a positive learning environment full of praise and strong leadership.
