- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to promote the intellectual, social, and emotional development of preschool children
- Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate various teaching methods and materials

- Use effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning environment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of curriculum development principles and practices
- Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations
- Strong math and literacy education skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass all background checks required by state regulations
