The Teacher is responsible for general classroom management and supervision, which includes the children's care, hygiene, and positive discipline. He or she plans and implements the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum, which includes activities for children that stress physical, social, and emotional growth and provides materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate, and use, both in learning activities and in active play. The Teacher prepares materials and classrooms for class activities and conducts all activities in a safe, organized, and productive manner. Qualifications:
Early Preschool age classrooms (2-3-year-olds); Must be familiar with potty training.
Previous licensed childcare experience is required
Monday thru Friday, 8 am-5 pm
Must be energetic and fun;
Ability to engage positively with young children; Nurturing, warm, friendly, and patient.
Must have a passion for children and work well with a team
Must continue to accumulate required hours of training as required by state licensing agency and/or corporate office.
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs in handling children to facilitate programs, child safety, and potential emergencies.
