Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team management, customer service, and sales within the wireless industry.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and meet budget goals
- Train and develop store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Ensure store compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate inventory
- Oversee point-of-sale (POS) transactions and ensure accuracy
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve store objectives

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a retail setting, preferably in wireless sales
- Strong market knowledge and understanding of pricing strategies
- Excellent budgeting skills to manage store finances effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building customer loyalty
- Proficient in team management, including training development and performance evaluations
