Essential Job Functions :

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute internal and external communication strategies aligned with PrimeFlight’ s goals and values.
• Create engaging and informative content for various communication channels, including newsletters, social media channels, emails, and digital signage.
• Manage and maintain internal communication channels, ensuring consistent and timely delivery of messages to employees.
• Craft clear and compelling messages that align with the company's brand and culture, conveying key information, updates, and initiatives.
• Develop initiatives to foster employee engagement and promote a positive work culture through internal communication efforts.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication efforts using metrics and feedback to continuously improve communication strategies.
• Uphold and promote PrimeFlight’ s brand identity and values through consistent messaging and communication materials.

A successful Communication Specialist will have :

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Designer, and Marketing.
• 2 3 years’ experience in similar positions.
• Ability to write, edit and proofread content for accuracy and to brand tone, values, and beliefs, copywriting practices a plus.
• Minimum of one year of experience in creating and developing organic content on behalf of a company or organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with a wide variety of people, internal and external.
• Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and YouTube.
• Knowledge of SEO PPC, advertising strategies, and Marketing principles.
• Effective understanding of the latest technologies and strategies and how to apply them to a B2B marketing environment.
• Strong organizational, project, and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
• Highly organized, proficient, and proven record of delivery.
• Work collaboratively as a team member; build excellent working relationships.
• Be self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative.

Compensation :

The pay rate listed on this post is what the company reasonably expects to pay for this position. However, individual compensation may vary based on factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, education, and experience.

Education / Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

Language Ability :

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Reasoning Ability :

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Efficient, immediate problem-solving capabilities.

Computer Skills :

Computer, tablet, or smartphone ability.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to touch, handle, or feel;

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate as normally based in an office. Some of the work may be required in the operating units which can require usage of required PPE including safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.

May also result in exposure to outside elements and may require usage of stairs and elevators. Travel including air travel or auto travel may occasionally be required.
