As a Commercial Energy Sales Rep , you will be responsible for promoting and selling our tailored energy solutions to commercial clients. Your primary objective will be to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities
Identify and target prospective commercial clients through lead generation, networking, and industry events
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing commercial clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
Conduct comprehensive energy assessments to understand client energy requirements and propose appropriate solutions
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers and project managers, to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of energy solutions
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to clients
Requirements
Prior experience in B2B sales, preferably in the energy industry or related field
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client relationships
Strong understanding of commercial energy solutions and energy management principles
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (preferred)
