```Duties``` - Review and analyze medical records to ensure accurate coding and billing - Assign appropriate ICD-10 codes to diagnoses and CPT codes to procedures - Utilize medical coding systems and software to accurately document patient information - Collaborate with medical providers and staff to clarify documentation and ensure compliance with coding guidelines - Conduct audits and quality checks to identify coding errors or discrepancies - Stay updated on industry changes and regulations related to medical coding and billing ```Experience``` - Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical coding, preferably in a dental setting - Proficiency in ICD-10 coding, medical terminology, and dental procedure coding - Knowledge of medical collection processes and procedures - Familiarity with DRG (Diagnosis Related Group) coding system - Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) and medical billing systems - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in coding and documentation Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
