Prime Time Consulting is Hiring a Junior Recruiter Near Hanover, MD

Junior Recruiter
Prime Time Consulting LLC is looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking junior recruiter to assist with our recruiting activities. You will work directly under the Director of Talent Acquisition and assist with all recruiting-related duties.
This is a hybrid position out of Hanover, MD.
Job Description
As a junior recruiter, you will be responsible for:
  • Posting job descriptions online
  • Evaluating résumés
  • Completing resume templates
  • Screening potential candidates
  • Setting up interviews
  • Maintaining records in the ATS
  • Moving candidates through the recruiting pipeline
  • Reporting on personal metrics
  • Assisting with social media efforts
Required Qualifications:
  • Must be a US citizen and authorized to work in the US.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, communications or similar field is desired.
  • Background in sales, recruiting, communications, public relations, training, customer service or similar field is desired.
  • Experience creating social media posts and promotions is desired.
