Job Details

Technical Program Manager
Contract: 7 months, likely to extend into 2025
Compensation: $65-75/hr, DOE
Join our client's team as a Technical Program Manager! You'll lead and coordinate various IT projects to ensure they match our client's strategic objectives- including partnering and working with newly onboarded clients. Working closely with different teams, including IT Operations and business units, you'll ensure timely and budget-friendly solutions. A strong technical background, top-notch project management skills, and effective communication abilities are key.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects in line with business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress.
  • Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders.
  • Conduct project status meetings and update senior management.
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines, scope, and budget.
  • Continuously improve project management processes.
  • Promote innovation and collaboration within the IT department.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 7 years of IT project/program management experience.
  • Strong technical understanding of software development and IT infrastructure.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and project management tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Office Suite, and SharePoint.
  • PMP or similar certification preferred.
