Prime Rehabilitation Services (PRS) & Mobile Therapy Services (MTS) are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to join our team.

• Required: 5 years' recruiting experience Full knowledge of PT, OT & SLP profession Understanding and compassion for the Developmentally &/or Intellectually Disabled

Job Summary: You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified Physical/Occupational Therapists & Speech and Language Pathologists to fill home care positions within our company.

Duties:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Conduct thorough candidate phone screenings and interviews-
• Evaluate candidate qualifications and match them with job requirements-
• Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding-
• Collaborate with Director of MTS to understand area staffing needs-
• Utilize software systems such as 321Forms, Net Health, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Zoom, and sourcing sites
• Conduct employee orientations and ensure smooth onboarding process
• Attend recruitment, marketing and company growth events as requested
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
• Utilize social media platforms for talent acquisition and employer marketing Post content to Linkedin Handshake, PRS & MTS Facebook, etc.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
• Proficiency in software systems as noted
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates & quick closing skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
