Prime Media Productions, based out of Smithfield, VA, is looking for a digitally-minded addition to our sales team serving Wilson, NC. Are you passionate about marketing and advertising? A self-starter who isn’t afraid to knock on doors and acquire new business? We are looking for someone who is a highly motivated sales professional with big ideas (creativity/innovation) to bring to the local market. If you love to cold call and are not afraid to go after new business, we are looking for YOU!

Responsibilities Include

• Prospecting and developing new business
• Establishing credibility as THE advertising expert in your local market.
• Meeting with current and prospective clients to make appropriate solution recommendations.
• Monthly client meetings to discuss reporting, changes, and additional recommendations for their campaigns.
• Developing, building, and presenting campaign recommendations.
• Keeping up with current industry trends and appropriate digital training.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of digital advertising sales experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred - or equivalent work experience
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals
• Must be well-organized and efficient, display a professional demeanor, exude high energy, and show attention to detail.
• Must be a self-starter, go-getter and people person with a desire to win business (a nicer way of saying aggressive)
• Must demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
• Candidate must be a quick learner with an openness to criticism and ideas
• Strong oral, problem solving, communications, writing, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience selling products such as programmatic display and video, SEM, SEO, social and websites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
