We are looking for a Full Time Medical Assistant for our cardiovascular practice. Pay is competitive and no weekend work required! Job duties will include both front office and back office duties.

Shift Schedule:

Monday - Thursday : 1PM - 8PM

Receptionist Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Answer telephones in a cheerful manner.
• Schedule appointments.
• Check in and check out patients and collect copayments
• Collect co-payments
• Return calls as necessary
• Various assigned administrative processes

Back Office Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Rooming patients, including obtaining vital signs, obtaining reason for visit, and documenting history
• Provide courteous and compassionate care.
• Assist with EKGs
• Communication and correspondence including lab results, prescription management, and referrals
• Recent graduates welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
