Nurse Practitioner (APRN) in Jacksonville, FL
We are seeking to immediately hire a well-qualified nurse practitioner for our growing JAX HOUSECALLS practice in the Jacksonville market - specifically in the Clay County and Northwest Jacksonville territory.
We are a Jacksonville-based, in-home primary care practice. On behalf of our patients and families, we can coordinate home healthcare, private duty home care, senior living placement, labs, radiology, prescriptions, hospital care, and nursing home care, and other needs as determined by your healthcare provider.
This position offers the flexibility to make your own schedule, compensation is above average, and you have the full support of our administration team. Patient visits take place during the week and most major holidays are observed. There is a minimal call requirement after normal business hours. JAX HOUSECALLS is a very collaborative, team-focused, and patient centric environment. Our services are covered by Medicare and insurance.
We require adult, geriatric, or family NP certification.
