Small but busy, adult primary care practice with one physician seeks an experienced full-time, Medical Assistant to join our clinical team.
We are seeking a full-time certified medical assistant for clinical and limited administrative duties that correlate directly with the care of our patients.
Qualified candidates should be able to consistently demonstrate the following skills, abilities and work ethic :
Present a caring and courteous attitude towards patients and co-workers.
Measure and record patient vitals and perform pre-exam interview.
Administer injections, medications, and patient education as directed by attending physician
Accurately record patient history and clinical information in the EMR system.
Provide in-room clinical support for patient care as requested.
Monitor and maintain clinical office supplies to meet patient care needs.
Perform all clinical and administrative duties in a timely manner.
Maintain a positive work environment that supports teamwork with the ability to communicate
well, take initiative, and be accountable with integrity.
Additional information :
All employees are required to obtain a 2023 flu vaccination and must have a COVID vaccination
CPR and or BLS certification preferred.
All patients are required to wear a mask and common surfaces are sanitized regularly.
