We are looking to add a qualified Nurse (LVN, CNA, or MA) to their fast growing practice in the Golden Triangle area. The Nurse will conduct home visits in conjunction with nurse practitioner and/or physician in the patient’s place of residence. Other duties will include:

• Assesses the medical status of assigned patients;
• Prepares accurate documentation of the visit in a timely manner;
• Performs complete assessment of the patient's condition during patient encounter;
• Recognizes and reports life - threatening situations and responds appropriately
• Communicates to the patient's Nurse Practitioner and documents verbal orders in a timely manner
