Service Coordinator
Direct Hire HIRING IMMEDIATELY - Full time
Office Hours : 8 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM
Salary : $23 / hr.
To manage and coordinate the activities of the technicians and customers. Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by managing all aspects of service delivery, including scheduling, dispatching and resolving service-related issues.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the service contract activity within the company
- Open cases in Salesforce needed for contract inspections and assign them to the appropriate service technician
- Follow up and close cases in Salesforce
- Provide service all quotations as requested
- Schedule technicians
- Prepare service backup for billing
Other Duties
Primary backup, when needed, for processing spare parts orders
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in service coordinator or similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office and other office software (in Excel, download reports from Salesforce and SAP, sorting, tracking, n o formulas, but able to run reports and play around with the fields)
- Knowledge of regulations
Benefits
Medical coverage is provided through the company, which presently covers 100% of Employee Medical Benefits. Dental and Vision benefits will be at the cost of the employee through bi-weekly payroll deductions.
Insurance will take effect on the first of the month following 60 days of full time employment with timely submitted forms.
401K : after 90 days of employment
Vacation : 15 days paid vacation (accrued time )
Sick : 5 days
