• Greet clients and visitors in both English and Spanish
• Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls to appropriate parties
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Translate documents and correspondence from English to Spanish and vice versa Skills Required :
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Spanish
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
