The Good Stuff
Pay: $18-20/hr $1/hr shift differential will pay more for prior great experience
Hours: Second Shift; Monday to Thursday 4pm to 2:30am
Location: Fairfield, OH
The Need-to-Know
Job Duties
- Stock Inventory continuously; rolls may weigh more than 150 pounds
- Verify print files with the office prior to printing to ensure the correct job is up
- Report inventory levels of consumables like ink, bulbs, cleaning solution, etc.
- Responsible for notifying management when press needs repair work, or basic maintenance if needed.
- Set up and change over press between jobs
- Load and unload rolls from press
- Retrieve ink, cores or other supplies as needed
- Working knowledge of Grand Format Digital Press or general knowledge of operations
- Simple mathematical abilities
- Able to read a ruler
- Mechanical skills
- Computer literacy
- 1-3 years in printing production field
- HP Operator 1 or Durst certified technician a PLUS
