Due to growth, we are currently seeking Press Operators in Fairfield, OH. Nights: Sunday-Wednesday 8:45pm-7:15am.

A Press Operator operates Flexographic printing equipment to create a label product which meets the customer’s specifications.

Responsibilities include:

• Set up and operate press and run print jobs.
• Read, understand, and follow production work orders.
• Utilize daily dispatch prioritizing production order due dates.
• Produce label product which meets the quality standards.
• Maintain equipment and identify raw materials and tooling.
• Accurately report production numbers daily.
• Conduct quality checks of finished product.
• Troubleshoot production errors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Check equipment for calibration

Qualifications include:

• Minimum of 1 year of flexographic press experience
