Front Desk / Office Administrator - Bilingual

Pay Rate : $17 - $18.50 / hr

Location : Houston, TX 77014

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Job Overview :

• Temp-to-Hire position for an Office Assistant to assist a busy Office Manager.
• Self-starter, motivate, hard worked, multitasker needed.
• Microsoft Office application experience
• QuickBooks experience a plus
• Duties include working with construction plans, wide-format plotters, phones, receptionist
• Experience with commercial electrical contractors and permitting a plus
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) speaker preferred
