Receptionist :
Shift / Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Pay Rate : $20-22 / hr., Depending on Experience
Location : Englewood, CO
Experience : Minimum 1 year of reception / office experience required.

Receptionist Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome guests.
- Answer questions and direct guests and vendors.
- Prepare outgoing mail and FEDEX shipments.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Keep break room clean and stocked.
- Other duties as assigned.
Receptionist Requirements :
- Proficient in MS Office 365.
- Familiar with FEDEX.com and Stamps.com.
- Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screen.
- Certified Notary a plus.
- Familiar with Regus office space.
