Field Service Technician

Field Service Technician Technician Job Overview :

The Field Service Technician is responsible for traveling to customers for repairs and warranty work.

Field Service Technician Shift : 8am-4 : 30pm M-F (St. Cloud, MN)

Field Service Technician Key Responsibilities :

• Perform diagnostics and repairs of the following :
• Engine performance issues
• Air & hydraulic brake systems
• Automatic transmissions
• Suspension systems
• Steering systems
• Commercial wheelchair lifts
• Bus HVAC systems
• Exhaust & diesel aftertreatment systems.
• Fuel systems
• Body components i.e. emergency lighting, glass & mirror systems
• Other duties assigned Field Service Technician Key Requirements :
• 3 years minimum of experience working on heavy duty equipment
• High school diploma OR GED required
• Class B, CDL license is required. (need to be 21 ), required
• Must have 12 volt electrical wiring experience
• Great customer service skills
• Ability to travel on pre-set schedule, and overnight travel
• Ability to work overtime
