Job Description: Will perform a variety of tasks regarding customers, vendors, and retailer services. This position will interact with customers via telephone, in person, and through correspondence, by providing product information, policies and procedures, as well as rules and regulations.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
Must be Flexible with schedule
Pay Rate: $18 - $19
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle phone inquiries.
- Face to face interaction with Customers
- Handle cash transactions
- Prepare a variety of written correspondence
- Operate a computer, calculator, and various office equipment
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Must be flexible for scheduling purposes, including overtime during peak seasons such as Holidays and/or events.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated experience working with confidential information
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving experience
- Basic computer skills required, along with prior data entry experience
- Basic mathematical skills required
