A Multi-Family Residential Property Management Company seeks a highly motivated Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance team.
Top candidates will have the following qualifications:
- Multi-Family Property Maintenance experience required - 2 years
- HVAC certification required
- CPO certification required
- Knowledgeable in all areas of maintenance
- Ability to follow directions and work well with others required
- Must be able to speak and write English
This is a full time position offering great pay and full benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401k. Regular schedule may include weekends.
