Bilingual Customer Service

We are looking for capable Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our client's hardware supply operation.

Shift / Hours : Monday - Friday, 8a - 5p

Pay Rate : $17 / hr.

Location : Fort Myers, FL

Language Requirement : Bilingual (Spanish and English)

Bilingual Customer Service Key responsibilities

• Answer phone calls from customers placing orders as well as provide sales quotes.
• Assisting customers in developing solutions to meet their needs
• Discussing features and benefits of products and services
• Working closely with outside sales representatives with customer orders and quotes.
• Solicit new or complimentary sales for customers via phone as well as face-to-face in the showroom.
• Answering incoming phone calls and emails to assist customers in a timely manner.
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account. Bilingual Customer Service Representative Requirements
• Experience providing customer service by phone or in-person, sitting at desk for long periods of time.
• Knowledge or curiosity with the ability to learn, about interior design, cabinetry, millwork, kitchen and bath design, or closets.
• Good general math ability; comfortable and adept at working with precise numbers and calculations.
• AS400 (database) experience is preferred but not required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for daily responsibilities and tasks.
