Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. TheCoordinator will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, sourcing candidates, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employment labor law, employee relations, and experience working with HR systems.
Duties:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Assist with candidate sourcing through various channels, including job boards, social media, and campus recruitment events
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and applications
- Contact potential candidates to gauge interest and availability
- Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure all candidate information is accurate and up to date
- Handle onboarding process for new hires and contractor teams, including completing necessary paperwork and conducting orientation sessions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and location needs
- Handle job offers and preparing offer letters as requested
- Organize career fairs and other recruitment events
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience in Recruiting or relevant HR role
- Strong knowledge of employment labor law and employee relations practices
- Proficiency in HR systems such as ADP
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
