As a Director, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas:
Manage and grow the SAP Alliance through strategy execution, market penetration, revenue growth, and solution identification;
Work directly with the Alliance and firm leadership to develop GTM solutions and initiatives;
Exhibit strong executive presence, communication, presentation and writing skills
Network of relationships with SAP sales, solution, and product leadership valuable but not critical
Collaborate and lead cross-functional; consulting teams on executing Alliance initiatives;
Meet regularly with SAP Alliance to attest marketing and sales campaigns as valuable and effective;
Technical delivery experience and/or deep knowledge of SAP technology, product offerings, licensing and support programs, as well as an ability to articulate the business benefits of such products; and,
Manage all reporting requirements and drive the execution of all compliance activities associated with the relationship;
Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
Drive Alliance sales and marketing campaigns that differentiate PwC to drive incremental revenue and confirm that follow-up activities are executed successfully;
Meet regularly with SAP Alliance to attest marketing and sales campaigns as valuable and effective;
Build key relationships with the SAP Alliance Executive “sell with” team (e.g., SVP of Alliances, C-level, etc.) and serve as strategic relationship point of contact for the Alliance;
Identify additional synergies between SAP and Firm to expand Alliance program throughout the network;
Ensure Alliance partner status and contracts are maintained;
Own the relationship map and drive and monitor cadence meetings;
Work directly with the Alliance and firm leadership to identify and develop focused GTM solutions that are compatible with Firm strategy and will generate incremental revenue to the Firm; and,
Consistently message the Alliance value proposition and strategic direction internally and externally, and proactively align opportunities/activities with identified goals;
Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts, identifying and addressing client needs:
Support alliance client relationship executives through the sales cycle;
Communicate Alliance progress, issues, and expectations, and takes corrective actions when necessary;
Manage the Alliance budget and ensures strategic prioritization of spend;
Monitor and gauge performance metrics such as pipeline and revenue;
Knowledge of alliance management processes and best practices;
Drive demand in the market, identifying potential opportunities sourced from the Alliance while contributing to key pursuits; and,
Support alliance client relationship executives through the sales cycle, bringing the PwC/Alliance value proposition, facilitating collaborative sales and delivery models – including commercial levers available to help differentiate and create an unfair competitive advantage - and managing joint Alliance teaming escalations.
