We are seeking a Front Desk Clerk/night Auditor for part-time employment for two shifts per week. No experience needed, will have paid on job training. The position requires interacting with guests in a friendly, prompt and professional manner, and helping them with hotel services such as checking in and out, locating amenities and running any reports that are needed for the shift.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests and provide hotel services.
• Answer questions and respond to requests in a timely fashion.
• Code and file paperwork as appropriate.
• Manage money .
• Handle complaints, suggestions, and problems from guests.
• Interact with staff and guest in a positive manner.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.25 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed

Work setting:

• In-person
