Summary:
Performs basic clerical duties such as copying data, compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting, distributing mail, and other incidental clerical duties. Works under close supervision.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform routine clerical assignments in accordance with established procedures and under specific instructions.
- Proof and record data from various sources.
- Perform elementary mathematical calculations.
- Answer telephone inquiries, deliver messages, sort and distribute company mail.
- Prepare departmental mailings.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Satisfactory performance reviews
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizatinoal skills and ability to multi-task
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.06 - $22.57 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
