```Duties```
- Oversee the daily operations of the grocery department, ensuring efficient and effective functioning
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation
- Monitor pricing and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing, promotions, and product selection
- Train and supervise grocery department staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized grocery department, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to make informed decisions

```Qualifications```
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and vendors
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle paperwork, scheduling, and record keeping
- Experience in wireless sales or related field is a plus
- Proven track record in market analysis and implementing successful strategies
- Previous experience in team management or supervising a team is required
- Knowledge of store management principles including sales, budgeting, and inventory control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
