Key Responsibilities
- Maintain complete and accurate financial records for multiple entities within the Family Office
· Aid in tasks concerning bank accounts, treasury management, and trust accounts
· Record daily transactions and conduct monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy
· Analyze financial data for precision and detect any irregularities
· Demonstrate autonomy and exhibit critical thinking and problem-solving skills
· Foster collaboration and cultivate positive relationships with other teams and departments
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for review by management
- Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting regulations and standards
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals
- Monitor cash flow and assist with cash management activities
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

- Proficiency in executing general accounting tasks, including managing accounts payable/receivable, reconciling bank accounts, and executing journal entries
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial operations
- Capability to adapt to new software and operate efficiently in a paperless work environment

Education (level and type)
· High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
Required Work Experience
· Minimum number of years: 1-3 years of bookkeeping experience required, preferably in the family office industry
Certifications and/or Licenses
· Valid driver license legally allowing driving for work purposes during working hours;
· Valid automobile insurance when operating a vehicle for business purposes; and
· Any other licenses/certifications required by a governing agencies - otherwise, none
Continuing Education Courses
· Only those required to maintain government agency certification or licensing
· Completion of applicable Company training programs throughout employment
Working Conditions
· Position may require minimal work at other locations (example visiting a property for a business need)
· Majority of time spent in an office environment
· In person regular, predictable attendance is essential to position

· Occasional kneeling, crouching, bending or stooping down
· Normal visual acuity, and field of vision, hearing, and speaking
· Maximum occasional lift of 30 lbs. from floor to waist; Maximum occasional lift of 5 lbs. from floor to shoulder; Maximum occasional carry of 30 lbs.
· Maximum occasional horizontal push/pull force of 15 lbs.
· Occasional climbing of 8 – 10 inches (mainly stairs and curbs)
· Frequent neck flexion; occasional neck rotation
· Constant hand coordination; frequent fine motor coordination; repetitive key-stroke activity for up to several hours a day
· Frequent walking or independent movement around the workspace
