Salary Range (Grade D/594): $88,539 (Min) - $131,381 (Max)
Responsibilities:
This position will assist in the managing, directing, and controlling of the customer experience during service diversions and has authority of the General Order process including train service, flagging and shuttle buses. They will coordinate with Service Delivery Field Operations, the Operations Control Center (OCC), Operations Planning and The Department of Buses on the diversions needs. The Service Diversions Superintendent will also be responsible for inspecting customer touchpoints, including signage, announcements in stations, on trains and on buses. They will be responsible for monitoring customer support personnel including Station Agents, Platform Conductors, and Traffic Checkers, and observe the customer experience at transfer points between the subway and shuttle buses during the General Order process.
Education and Experience:
A High School Diploma and six (6) years of related experience, and three (3) years of experience in a managerial/supervisory capacity; OR
Asatisfactory equivalent combination of education and experience.

All appointments, with the exception of the Department of Subways employees on MABSTOA payroll, will be made on the NYCT payroll.
