Job Summary:

PRET Advanced Materials LLC is seeking Accounting Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidate will have accounting or financial educational background and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with month-end financial reporting including but not limited to journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly financial statements.
• Communicate with customers regarding account information, AR statements, invoice payment status, credit hold orders, invoice copies, short payments and any other issues that may arise
• Follow up internally on invoice/order discrepancies, request and process credit memos, debit memos, returns, etc.
• Prepare and assist in preparation of miscellaneous taxes.
• Manage and update the fixed asset module including fixed asset additions, disposals, adjustments, and related depreciation expenses
• Assist with annual forecasting and budgeting process
• Continually improve procedures to maximize efficiency
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required (Preferred) or equivalent experience preferred.
• Honesty and integrity
• Excel – Expert
• 1 years of experience in manufacturing Finance preferred
• Strong analytical thinking
• Must have a proactive spirit and possess strong initiative
• Must be well-organized with an ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and be flexible to changes in the industry
• Ability to work and succeed in dynamic entrepreneurial environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
