Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to all departments within the dealership, including sales, service and finance.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
• Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and customer service excellence throughout the organization.
• Oversee inventory management, pricing strategies, and merchandising to maximize profitability and inventory turnover.
• Monitor key performance metrics and financial indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of automotive professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners to enhance the dealership's reputation and market presence.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 5 years of experience in automotive dealership management or a similar leadership role.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team to achieve common goals.
• Knowledge of automotive industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
