Pinnacle Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in beautiful Smyrna, DE is looking for an experienced Director of Nursing to organize and oversee all nursing operations of the facility.
This positions salary pays up to $130,000 per year depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- The Director of Nursing will direct, oversee, and evaluate all nursing personnel (Unit Managers, RN, LPN, CNA etc.)
- The DON will guide staffing procedures.
- The Director of Nursing will set objectives and long-term goals for the nursing department.
- The DON will organize and coordinate admission, nursing, and patient care procedures.
- The Director of Nursing will develop and enforce policies aiming for legal compliance and high-quality standards.
- The Director of Nursing will manage record-keeping procedures.
- The DON will collaborate with other departments and professionals to streamline operations.
Skills
Must have a valid RN License in the state of Delaware
Proven experience as director of nursing or similar supervisor role
Excellent ability to lead and develop personnel.
