Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Manager in managing day-to-day operations of the business
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure efficient workflow
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Assist with retail sales.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop strategies for improving operational efficiency
- Assist in creating work schedules and managing employee shifts
- Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and make informed decisions regarding pricing and promotions

Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in math, with the ability to perform calculations quickly and accurately
- Exceptional phone etiquette when interacting with customers or clients
- Experience conducting interviews and evaluating potential candidates
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions regarding pricing strategies
- Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management principles
- Strong negotiation skills for dealing with vendors or suppliers
